I came to Comfort & Joy because they offer a natural line of nail polish without all of the chemicals and odors of regular nail salons. I'll return because the staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Lisa pampered me a relaxing pedicure and foot massage and my nails look great!

I had a gift card and was excited to check out this spa since it was close to our house. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and then 40 minutes later they told me I could not get all the treatments I had booked. The woman at the front desk was totally rude about it and I will definitely not be going back. Don't waste your money!

I have been going to Comfort & Joy Wellness Spa for several years and have not been disappointed with any of the massage therapists (except for one; this therapist did not last a month). The therapists do change out over time (as with any Spa) but they do check to make sure new therapists are doing well (via phone calls after the massage). The price for massages is fair and I like that they add different oils based on your preference.

I love Comfort and Joy Wellness Spa; the staff is always helpful and friendly and the products are all organic and cruelty-free. I am a regular customer and I would highly recommend the whole staff, but I've had particularly great service from Lucy Wen; she is kind, generous with her time and does a meticulous job on nails and massage. I would also recommend Emsaleh for facials; she teaches you about skin care and my skin was glowing when I finished my facial with her. I love the spa and would highly recommend it!

I came there for Brazilian wax and had the worst experience ever. First of all, it look quit a bit to go through the whole process. The lady was always asking me to turn, put my head where my feet were, turn around. When she finished, I had wax everywhere, even on my butt cheeks. But when I got dressed, wax also was on my T-shirt. I showed it to the lady and she told me it will fine after it dries out. She didnt offer me dry cleaning, any discount or any other option to fix the problem. I was so disappointed. Do not waist your time or money in this place. They do not care about their customers at all.
