Easy to find things inside. Friendly staff just in case you don't see what your looking for. I like how they also own the repair shop across the street. Makes it look neighborly with a south western vibe. Normal prices. Not bad considering you can pretty much find exactly what you need and can put your hands on it unlike buying from the web. I'd definitely recommend and will be going back for my truck and trailer needs.

Highly Recommend Trailer City East! We took our Cherokee in for a trailer hitch install and they did it quickly and on budget. It actually took longer than they thought, but they still charged their original quoted amount. When does that happen anywhere. I'd recommend them for any trailer needs.

My husband and I are looking for an RV My husband was referred here, called and asked if they sold RVs or drivable RV vans. They said yes. We went there and all they had were pop ups that had to be trailered. We were misinformed and unhappy! The guy said the business behind him rents them that maybe we should talk to them. So we started around back and without saying a word a woman came out and with attitude said she was too busy to even talk to us. There was no way I would ever even tell anyone to waste their time here! Even if you are busy there are better ways to say it than this woman did! It’s too bad she lost a potential customer!!

They have it all... pt2 I thought this place was pretty good but NO! I was wrong, may be I was treated different because my purchase was smaller regardless to say i would never go back again. I will go to any other store on LI or better yet harbor Freight or Amazon and pay less
