Love the team here. I’ve worked with them on nearly 10 transactions, and they always deliver.

I have worked with Tulsa Abstract twice now. The first time was 2015. I didn't have any interaction with the closing agent until the day of closing for that sale since it was a for sell by owner. So I can't say alot but they were very organized, together, and friendly. I closed on a lot today and the agent, Betty McMahan, was amazing through the entire process. Very nice woman. She had the overall process done in 10 business days. She answered every question and was very patient. She even notarized a title to a small flat bottom boat the seller had given me with the property. And the receptionist was very friendly. I didn't catch her name but she was very professional and very courteous. Tulsa Abstract appears to be very together and organized when it comes to closings.

I recently had a complex closing on a property involving several debts in different counties. The property also had a mobile home that complicated the purchase. This company simplified the entire process. I have been extremely satisfied with the communication before and after the closing.

Be careful. They incorrectly pulled tax info on a vacant lot I purchased. They only gave me a 1.25 prorated credit for the settlement but then 3 months later I receive a nearly 1,300 tax bill from the County Treasurer. I call the County Treasurer and they inform me the Title Co. did not collect the correct amount on the settlement, they used an old appraised value. Well I guess this is common as they had us sign a paper at closing saying they would not be at fault if this happens, so now I'm out the 850 the seller should have been responsible for.
