The woman sitting at the desk in the showroom was wonderful. Things went downhill fast from there. I needed a new c pap mask, and my boyfriend suggested this establishment, since he had good luck there, and it was conveniently located to my home. I walked in as a cash paying customer. The respiratory therapist, Michelle, was alerted that I would like assistance with a new mask . It seemed like I was putting her out the entire time she "helped" me. I pointed out the mask I was interested in. Asked a few questions, to which I was given very curt, unhelpful answers. I decided to try the mask. She mumbled something to herself that sounded like small. She returned with the product. I asked if a hose was in there too. With a heavy sigh, she said no and went to retrieve that for me as welll. I would have gotten home to a mask I was unable to use, as my old hose wouldn't have fit this mask. She did not take the time to make sure it was the proper size for me. Alas, I got home, tried the mask and it was too big. It was a size medium, when it probably should have been a small, as she mumbled. I returned to the store to get a properly fitting unit. Michelle promptly told me, you can't return that, it is a medical device. I explained I didn't want to retirn it, I wanted one that fit. Since this is a two part mask, she gave me one new part and sent me on my way. I will use the mask, but the second part is still too big. NEVER again will I return to this store for anything!!! Terrible customer service if you aren't one of their regular patients.

Very good.compamy a.couple rough spots.but excellent company. Only one who will make weekly delivers and really like our service man Parker super nice. Highly recommend this company.

Paid a huge lump sum and 26 a month for several months for a cpap machine. Paid off in Febrary of this year. No contact whatsoever since I picked the machine up in 2017. No contact from Febrary on. Same phone number for ten years, mind you. Late August, out of the blue, receive a phone call and a bill for 26 supposedly unpaid on my cpap. Like they balanced their books and realized they screwed up, or expected more from my insurance or something. Considering I have had no contact with these people for almost a year, amd the bill has been paid in full since Febrary, I consider this extortion. For anyone looking, their sleep products are ridiculously expensive, you would be nuts to buy so much as a cpap mask from them, and on top of that they decide to extort you for money six months after you pay them off. Edit: Five star reviews on this establishment look suspiciously like generic shills. I’m firmly convinced that any real human customer who has actually dealt with their staff are the people like myself posting the one and two star reviews.

This is by far the worst home health care place I have dealt with. They gave us a faulty oxygen tank, then said they couldn't deliver a new one until Wednesday (This was Thursday night). Finally, there is no such thing as a 24 hour line, it is an endless loop of recordings, even her doctor could not reach them this weekend! Terrible place, will find a new oxygen place on Monday!
