The lead technician (which I believe is the owner) charged me 29 for a computer diagnostic. This is quite pricey and I was willing to pay it to support a non big tech repair store. However my computer was diagnosed with multiple faulty keys and a busted USB; this diagnostic turned out to be COMPLETELY WRONG. As soon as I got home I rebooted my computer and it worked fine. I have emailed them about a refund and have yet to receive a response. This lack in customer service is dreadful to say the least. Will not recommend or come back here for the rest of my time in Riverside.

My PC stopped turning on one day. I looked for a repair place and found this place. The flexibility in hours was a major convenience. I took my PC to Darryl and he found out the problem within 1 hour. Great service and friendly guy.
