I would never recommend someone to use this company. We started with them, had a service done, we notified the repair man that our fork truck seemed to start hard. He spent 4 hours on service, when he left the truck still started the same. I pulled the air filter and checked it. Video shown below. Contacted company, told them what happened. They sent the same person out to look at it. He right away started telling me I lied about the filter to his boss so I sent him down the road. Called my rep again asked for a different tech, then I got a one line email from them saying they wouldn't service me.

Call WD Matthews for an issue we were having with our forklift. Dispatcher told us they would start charging us when the technician walked in our door and when he walk out the time clock would stop. For 106/hr, I had my stopwatch rolling. When I received the bill it was for 3hrs of service and the technician was only onsite for 57min. The also charged us for fuel/van/road services. I asked for a quote on the part that needed replacing and told them I would pick it up when it arrived so we wouldn't be charged shipping on the part. The bill they sent charged us 109 for shipping. To say I am upset about my experience and them not getting back to me for 3 weeks on any of my inquiries into the bill is an understatement. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company as they could not bother to return a phone call. The only reason they got 2 stars is because their advice in the 57 minutes they were here was accurate and the technician was friendly. I would not recommend this company, unless you have no other place to turn and are willing to pay for a heap load of misc fees and incorrect billing.
