Great service, the lady went her way to help me get my passport renewed, even when I didn't have an appointment with them, I would recommend this place to anyone who wish to get legal salvadorean documents or passports.

This place doesn't even deserve a star. Google says they open at 730, their door says 830 but they didn't open their doors until 930. Everyone waiting with no appointment wasted their time. All of you need to be fired and replaced with people that care about their job and care about the feeling of others. Wasting tax payers money smh.

I understood it was a first come first serve situation and although it took us a long time to get there since we live so far away, they still didn’t want to even give us information. The man sitting behind the information desk was rude and couldn’t care less if we travel from the moon! It’s not a first come first serve, seems to me they take a number of people and that’s it! Obviously they must not stay open until 4:00 pm since it was only 11:00 am when I got there! It truly makes Salvadorian look ignorant and rude! Does El Salvador really care about how their people are treated? It would be great if they can send professional, courteous staff to take care of this Consulate’s businesses. I’m sure they have read all the terrible reviews but obviously it is not important to them. I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

Really rude people and lazy staff . They never answer the phone always rude to people . This people has no professional experience they Make a lot of people have a hard time trying to get their legal documents . I will be emailing president “Nayib bukele” Is time for this people to stop playing with peoples time .
