I was searching real estate listings and saw an old, small, plain house sitting very close to a dirt road. I searched the address and it was in a remote rural location north of South Heart. All these factors would explain the low price. It wasn't until I read the real estate listing for the fourth time that I saw \house has to be moved\. This was very deceptive, it was Not Real Estate, but listing ad was set up with property tax records for this address, like it was real estate. How far were they going to take this, I couldn't tell and had no reason to believe it was for a house that had to be moved. Deceptive and misleading.
