I just love this place. They have great seafood the service is good too. If your looking for crab and shrimp this is the place to go. It is a little pricey, but seafood is anyways. So worth it. The flavor range is great.

Delicious!!! The seasoning was perfect and you get more than enough. Definitely one of my favorite places is Krab Kingz. We got the #3 which is the 2 crab clusters, 13 shrimp, sausage, egg, and potatoes. We also got the fish and shrimp platter. Believe me you will take some home.
The food was not good, absolutely no service, staff was very rude and acted like we were an imposition. People running in from the street and directly into the kitchen. We asked for ice for our bottled soft drinks and were told they didn't have ice. Asked for butter for our crab legs and had to pay 1.60 each for that! NEVER AGAIN!! They will never get another dollar from me. Terrible experience.
I really hate to make this review because the food is oh so delicious however that doesn’t change the fact that Im very disappointed that in three different occasion I called to place a order and was kept on hold for a hour I kept calling and calling and the lady kept acting as if she couldn’t hear me and laughing and saying she couldn’t hear me and would hang up.The reason I know they did this on purpose because me and my son both called on our phone and they did it to both of us not knowing he was my son on a different phone.Also I’m sure they did this because they told me they don’t take orders after 8:30 and this is why this was happening.I would call about 8:15.Then I just recently ordered and was kept on the phone for about 30 minutes.I get that this place is busy but that’s bad for business and not sure if the owner is aware of this but hopefully it can be resolved because it’s a good business and this really make black people look bad and can cause them to lose costumers.We already have a bad name for ourselves so I hope they do better and this issue changes.
Customer service is definitely rated a 2. Food I would give a 4. The lady at the front taking orders with dreads, she threw our coleslaw at me when serving our food. You could tell it was done on purpose because my boyfriend noticed it as well. The man in there cooking the food was very polite he even came out to check on us. The only thing is the fries had too much seasoning and it was very hot in the building.

Crab legs are back in Conway! Portions are plentiful, and prices are reasonable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all was the smell of that seafood boil that wafts out the door along side the jangle of the bell.
Amazing! I am from Columbus Ohio and I don’t really have any experience with crab legs but this set the standards high! Great food! Great people! Would return if I’m ever in Conway !
