After being with Dr Aimee for almost 10 years, we were assigned DR ARCA. She is rude, uncaring & is too busy letting us know her thoughts to even listen to our healthcare issues. When we called requesting information on obtaining further medical testing she told us it’s not recommended & hung up on us. As someone who works in healthcare myself, I would never behave in the manner she has.

The doctor is a very good doctor and a decent and clean office space. I brought both of my kids here to see Dr. Burgess. The office staff seems to be very capable as well as the doctor informative and professional. The restroom was clean as well as the baby change station.

I can not say enough bad things about Dr Arca. We loved Dr Vafaie but she unfortunately left the practice & we were stuck with Dr Arca even though we asked for another Dr within the practice. She is always late & extremely condescending. She clearly has a very high opinion of herself but we certainly do not! After hearing how’s she’s treated other family members & our own experience, we are leaving Cooke’s after 15 years & 3 children. It seems we are not the only families unhappy with Dr Arca after reading her reviews. I wish we left 2 years ago when this awful woman joined the FM practice.

Dr Arca is by far the worst pediatrician we have ever seen. I wanted to delay my daughter’s HPV for a year & I was scolded. This woman is pompous, unthoughtful & extremely rude. She’d rather talk about herself than listen her patients concerns.
