The front office people are very nice but the back in staff could use a lesson in customer service. I sat in a room for 50 minutes waiting on Dr. Wilcutts and not once did anyone come in to tell me how much longer it was going to be. They had no problems laughing and making jokes but never once came to check on me and my daughter. I assume that Wilcutts was running behind with his first patient however I could no longer wait as my daughter had a test and I had to get back to work. About 10 minutes after we had left I get a call from them telling me the Dr. is now ready to see me, like I needed to stop everything and immediately turn around and go back. They then proceeded to tell me that she would not get her prescription filled unless I saw him. My daughter has been seeing Wilcutts since she was 6 months old so I know the drill. I will gladly drive to Ft. Worth for my next visit and will never return to this location again. You don't have a patient wait in a room for almost an hour after their appointment was scheduled and not give them any updates. Further more please do not call me after the fact and make it out to seem as though it is my problem. I am only giving 1 star because it won't let me post with zero.

We have been going to this office for over 5 years (since our first was born) and we absolutely love it! The office staff is always warm and personable. We are always able to get in same day for a sick visit if needed. The nurses are kind and thorough. Dr. Varughese is wonderful - she always takes time answer our questions and is so great with children. We have also seen Dr. Peak on occasion and she is great as well! Highly recommend!

My daughter sees gastroenterologist Dr. Anani at the Cook Childrens Lewisville/Castle Hills location and we LOVE him. The office is clean and we hardly get the chance to sit down in the waiting area before we get called back. He’s smart, attentive and knowledgeable. He got us set up with all follow up appointments and referrals and answered every single question I had and then some. Definitely recommend this location for general peds, GI And Endocrinology!

I recently had to see Dr. Varughese for my daughter for her allergies. We have tried another doctor’s medicine and it didn’t work for her. Dr. V prescribed her some drops and ointment for her lids and it took care of the problem right of way. She is very knowledgeable and very nice. She accurately diagnosed her and I was so happy. She is amazing!!!! Love her!!!!!

My son had a follow up appointment with Dr. Willcutts this morning..... we arrived at 8:00 and finally at 8:50 I went out to see what was raking so long. Not one nurse or Assistant came in untill I had said something. So I went back into the room the doctor was busy with his first patient which I totally understood. But not letting someone know why it’s taking so long is completely ridiculous. They were to busy playing on their phones.... the up front staff were very nice, but back if house completely rude! Especially the red headed cheap box color nurse with glasses! I heard her her with the door shut out their talking about Me and what just happened then she came in there it was even more rude telling me about the doctor is running behind which I already knew because I asked! She’s lucky she didn’t get her glasses knocked off her face in front of everyone! I don’t see how professional doctors office like that lets someone of that trash work there and with families and children
