The after purchase service has been amazing! They had installed a new heat pump using the drain that the previous heat pump had used. Unfortunately, the new one was much more efficient and the drain couldn't handle the load. They accepted total responsibility for not \doing it right\ the first time and came out at odd hours and with a smile on their face until the problem was resolved. Love their customer service!
