This Lowe’s is pretty decent place. Never really crowded and good items. I was looking for a kitchen soap dispenser today and found Peter who gave me a hand! Really nice guy and was more than happy to help. I much appreciate it! Give him a raise!

Not even getting 1 star! I Have been trying to get carpet ordered for over a week now. Our measurement appt went well - but then every single person i talked to dropped the ball. Five days later, and countless phone calls later I STILL don't have a quote or installation date. I have called, they promise to \get right on it\ and call me back. no calls, no install date, no follow up. Everyone says \if you can go in the store...\ well if I could do that you can guarantee that I would be there in the store. However, how can a national retailer not be able to execute a simple sale over the phone? This is not rocket science. We chose Lowe's because they offer a great military discount - but honestly it's not even worth it with all of the time i have spent on this project it's not even close to confirmed! One phone call to a local carpet store this morning, they already have a quote and install is scheduled for Wednesday. Sorry Lowe's you lost a big sale and all future business of mine!
