We are new to the area and based on the reviews were nervous to try the doctor's here. However we have picked Dr. Martin and she has been very pleasant and very caring in getting my child the care she needs. Please don't let other people's opinions derail you from checking out this clinic. Experience it for yourself.

We see Dr. Chua for our son,and what I love most about how she doesn't just tell you what she's doing, she teaches you and explains a little about the science in a very ELI5 manner. All staff have been very friendly and helpful. Whether we are sick or just for a check-up they always make us feel like we are special and important to them.

Dr. Lu Medina is a wonderful doctor. She's been both my daughters pediatrician since birth. She treats you like you are the only family she's taking care of. We all love her so much!

If you have a healthy child and simply need a place to get immunizations and physicals, this place does fine. It was fine for my oldest child, who thankfully has had no medical issues. However, if you have a child who needs serious medical attention, do not come here. My youngest has had several medical issues that I sought help for at ABC Pediatrics. One issue I sought help for here was my daughter's severe eczema. One doctor at ABC Pediatrics said one particularly bad rash was just a bug bite and sent us on our way.... which ended up being an infected abscess and resulted in my infant daughter needing surgery. Another doctor here recommended the use of several lotions and soaps to clear a rash. After seeking a second opinion from a pediatric dermatologist, we discovered every item ABC Pediatrics recommended only makes skin issues worse. The doctor also did not take a culture on a troublesome spot that turned out to be infected! Please research pediatric doctors and make the best choice for your family.

Horrible experience. I’m hoping they reach out to make up for it because unfortunately I’m having to take my toddler to ER now to get seen. We made an appointment for 2pm today for my toddler’s persistent and worsening cough. We did not get the lady’s name that took the appointment. We arrived 20 minutes early as our eldest needed pick up from school by 3:20pm. 1. They have a sign on the counter that asks you to ask about an update on the waiting list if you’re not seen in 30 minutes. We asked and were told would be in soon. 2. 30 minutes later we are out of time to pick up our children. I stepped out to button our children to their car seats so I could stay with the toddler and wait it out. When I got back inside and asked what’s the delay, they stated “well we called you in but you had gone.” They offered no resolution other than to say they would get us back in the que after more appointments. 3. I asked why it was taking so long and they simply said we did not have an appointment and wanted to know who we spoke to in the morning. Why would we write down a name if we assume that they will save it in their end. And why take us in without an appointment or at least say so when arriving? Now we still have a sick kid who hasn’t been seen, wasted 2 hours of hour time between waiting and driving, and they still expected us to wait and then pay them for services after they dropped the ball. No ma’m, we would rather get seen at the ER.
