Love palm bay condos and stay there at least four or five weeks a year. Pool is best on the island.

We were headed on our retirement trip with big plans on our minds. Then Covid hit and we were trapped in Corpus Christi, on the island. Not a bad place to be trapped until we tried to deal with Palm Bay for a rental home. We paid a large sum and had a contract. Then we are told the house isn't ready and it will be a few days. It turned in to a much longer time for repairs. We finally gave up, canceled the contract and asked for a full refund. In the meanwhile they ripped our wonderful real estate agent, who was working on our behalf, were very short with us about when they would write a check. It was an awful experience. No one seemed to be having much fun in that office. It could have been so much better.

We had a great time checked in on Monday. Spoke to crystal spoke to her twice on the phone and we were there 4 days didn't need to interact with anybody spoke to anybody from the office for anything and everything was just perfect we had a wonderful time close to the beach we loved the pool my daughter and I loved it we will be back thank you... only thing wish they declutter pantry and patio closet a bit.. but other than that it was awesome

Was a lovely place to live for the short time we were there! If anyone is looking for a short or long term visit I would recommend calling Palm Bay Rentals and Sales and ask for Kat! She is very nice and helped us tremendously! All of the women in that office are very nice and helpful. It lacks the 5th star due to the second balcony not being open but that was due to the hurricane..
