This is the most personable, friendly, helpful pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I am from WA state & found this little place to be my next drug store incomparable to the others I left behind. The staff know your name, always greet you with a smile! Would recommend to everyone.

I have been a customer at Couch Pharmacy for almost 14 years. I highly recommend Couch. I have received excellent customer service. If I have questions or an unusual request, each employee is very helpful. Scott provides advice and answers more complex questions. I have never had a complaint.

I really like this Pharmacy, for the most part. They have prompt, free delivery. Staff are pretty nice. Manager is fantastic! Reason for four stars and not five: . The only real problem I have is getting them to fill my prescriptions every month automatically. Now they fill them automatically but leave them there for me to pick up; even though every time I talk to them I tell them I can’t drive due to a disability. All that said, they are still worlds better than Walgreens or CVS or ANY of the chains. I would highly recommend Couch’s.

I’ve been using Couch Pharmacy for 24 years now and they go above and beyond to help and they are the best and nix box pharmacies Couch Pharmacy blows them out of the water. I’ve used the free delivery for many years and I’ve never had any problems getting my meds. If they’re running late on deliveries they call you and let you know. I will never go to another pharmacy. Thanks Couch Pharmacy for all the great work !!
