Most of the staff are helpful most of the time. It is a great store. The only bad experience I have there is one particular employee seems to have an unwarranted attitude regarding my daughter. My daughter saves her money to buy things for her pets. She typically makes one or more purchases from this store when she visits, but this one employee seems to dislike her.

Best aquarium store in hundred miles. Prices are reasonable for a local pet shop. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

They sold me sick mice to feed my snake and when I called to inform them they said it must have been my fault they were sick. Would not recommend their feeders and if you do get some be sure to quarantine them before feeding your boop noodles.
