We took our 2010 F150 to Country Truck and Auto for a routine grease and oil change. Also ended up getting it aligned and detailed as well. Great job! The truck looks, rides, and smells new! These guys are courteous, honest, and do such awesome work.

Went in to see Derek after calling and speaking with him about a GMC Yukon Denali. Showed up and Derek was not there and told another gentleman to help us. The guy knew nothing about the car. He had no idea where the keys were. The vehicle had spider webs in the wheel wells and in the tires. The windows were all crack open which resulted in dirt all over the inside along with water damage. The radio/navigation was not working due to some one punching it a couple times. The cluster of gauges had cracks all over it. The third row was missing. The seals on all the doors and the truck were all weather rotten. We looked at the mechanics list of items that had been replaced. On it it listed items that still needed replaced, but was told they would not do it. Those items included rear airbags were torn, leaking oil, leaking trans fluid, leaking power steering, brakes needing replaced, etc. I asked the guy why they weren't going to fix any of that and he said because it was on Consignment! I have never in my life heard of a dealership selling a vehicle on consignment. They were asking 12,995 for this 2008 that needed over 4k in work. I gave them two stars because the young guy said he would call me if any thing changed or if one that actually was able to be driven came in. We will see.

very bad work in the country truck workshop I took my truck the first time so they could fix some problems in the braking system the people who have working in their workshop left it very badly, it is only people who are learning the mechanics trade I had to go tell them what they had to fix they couldn't remove the squeak in the brake pads they fixed it half and left it. the second time I took the same truck due to problems with the acceleration system and they ended up replacing parts that were not because of my truck still gives the same problem they charged me 2000 dollars and they still broke the air conditioning I also paid them to fix a light and they could not fix it they only changed a bulb that I had already changed let them know that the bulb was not the problem and still so they only changed the bulb even though I paid to check the entire electrical brake system my truck is worse than before because of the country truck. I definitely do not recommend it, be very careful with these people who have nothing professional, I mean your mechanical workshop, my respect for the sales people who work in the office, especially Mr. Mike, if he is a professional person, be very careful when go to that place very bad service and they want to learn to work guessing at my feet they charged me 2000 dollars just for breaking down more things but if it is necessary I will seek help from a court to get my money back since I have no confidence to take it back to that place

I cannot say enough good things about Country Truck & Auto's service department. I have had my vehicle in for various maintenance and each time the service is always amazing! They offer me loaners when my car is in the shop. The prices are always lower than anywhere I have gone in the past. They even went out of their way to come pick up my vehicle while I was at work. The stress of getting my car into the shop for needed repairs is always alleviated by the customer service provided. Not to mention the honesty that I can always count on. CJ even went out of his way to get me an amazing deal on wheels to have me riding in style!

This guys are great tell you what! I called them on Tuesday because I received word I was moving for work so I wanted to get my brakes replaced cuz they were going bad and I got a 15,000 lb fifth wheel and they had my truck in the shop the next day and ready to rock and roll Thursday when I got off of work so we could get on the road! Super helpful and they communicate very well
