I have a prepaid envelope, the employed get upset because I didn't make a line , I explain that was prepaid online and I just drooped up my envelope on the box they have there. 3 days later I have my envelope back to me. so she got the time to make sure my envelope didn't get to the destination. I have a business online, she cost me so much money with my customer. I know for fact the reason you have a online prepaid is to make things easier for us and for the post office. I will never ever comeback to this location. just to see her face again will make me sick .

Customer service? I don't think they know what that is. Looks dirty, messy place in corner of a store, both could use upgrading to 21st century. Rude ugly woman at counter. She called me up then tried to step away. When I told her I was ready, she just pursed her thin lips together and flipped her dyed blonde hair like it was inconvenience to her to do her job . Quit if you don't like it. Maybe it'll be a more pleasant place.
Staff is nice, just mailed off a package and picked up some stamps
Towards the back of the locally popular Bob's variety store. Faster and friendlier than the USPS official place in Sun City West. If you've gotta send it by USPS, this is the best place in town.

Parking easy, generally can get service immediately. Good alternative to the regular post office.
They stole my package. It was never scanned in their system. They claim they don't have a way to scan and my package is lost. The tracking number was never scanned. I'm out of a lot of money because they are thieves.
