I'm a Wickford Appliance guy all the way. Friendly, helpful salesmen. Convenient location. Has the appliances I was looking for in stock. Which is pretty big nowadays with the pandemic jamming up shipments and manufacturing. Overall, no more Lowes or Home Depot for me.
This is my third visit to Wickford Appliance. I initially went to Wickford Appliance after having a less than great experience at one of the big box stores. What a difference it makes to go to a store dedicated to appliances! In all visits, the team at Wickford Appliance took time to help me make a good choice, the sales people are knowledgeable and ask questions to be sure that what you are purchasing is the right fit, and the prices are very comparable. Delivery has always been pleasant. Today, my husband and I spoke with Joe in Cranston, and he gave exceptional service and advice. Very happy to have found this store.
