Do not bank with Credit Union. The bank will systematically attempt to limit your access to your money. Highly ghetto, I do not recommend.

To put it simple a friend recommended this credit union to me... we are no longer friends... they don't have rate match, they take forever, and they don't have good rates... they also advertise and say you can get low rates but once they send you over to there auto or personal loan specialist it always goes up... every time... use someone els

I’ve been a member here for 3 years and their banking hours are so inconvenient. I’ve gone several times when they say they’re open only to arrive at a fully closed building?? Now they say they’re not open on Saturdays anymore and that’s such a hassle! If y’all don’t have any free ATMs anymore you should at least be open till 12:00 on Saturdays. I’ve never had a problem with in person customer service so that’s why I give 3 stars, please reconsider your store hours!

Not an issue per se with this location it its an issue with CUTX period. I tried to order something off off Walmarts website and CUTX took it upon themselves to say the purchase was fraudulent and canceled my card. They didn't even verify with me or anything just abruptly cancelled my debit card. Will this be the same situation if I decide to go out of DFW, let's say San Antonio or even to a different state? Will they just cancel my card because its being used in a different area? Seriously considering closing my account and going back with either chase of BOA.

I just came through the lobby to pull some funds. Cindy helped me. IT WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH Credit Union of Texas. She was rude and took her sweet time as many people were in line. I will be closing my account on Monday. Who ever hired her should be in charge of hiring. Al Fisher
