They like to harass you about an issue that ended up being their mistake right when the holidays begin. But first they contact you stating that you need to contact them. If you like to get involved in unnecessary situations then I highly recommend.

Stear clear of CU one. They took 5 car payments plus another 288 plus another 20. It's a known computer glitch \ a known glitch?\ I still dont have my money back plus overdraft fees I will be charged.

I did not chose to be a member, my bank sold out the beginning of March during the pandemic. Not their fault, BUT they couldn't help me with the change over of account after I expected to get unemployment and debit cards. Therefor, my unemployment didn't go into my ew\ account for 5 months. Couldnt pay bills.. I still haven't received my income tax. I call on any question they say \please hold\ for minutes. If you are at Davison location, forget it. They have no help, except automated teller and all of the machines you touch are so dirty its horrible. I camt wait until this is over to switch.
