Creekside is absolutely amazing! Our 2 year old went there for 8 months and absolutely loved it. We loved the program, the teachers, well planned monthly activities, convenient location, and once a month kids/parents night out. Unfortunately we moved out of Utah.. Our daughter still fondly remembers Creekside and keeps saying that she wants to go to Shanin’s (her amazing teacher) school. If you are looking for childcare options in Park City, look no further. Our family highly recommends Creekside!

I wanted to thank the Creekside Team for providing excellent care for my daughter. This was the first time I’ve enrolled her in child care where I wasn’t present. I was nervous (like any mother) but Creekside went above my expectations and I felt like my daughter was safe and cared for. I have and will continue to recommend Creekside Kids Academy as a reliable and outstanding childcare center.

Creekside kids is amazing! As a first time mom, I was very nervous about dropping off my baby with strangers. The staff here are so experienced and so friendly. They made me feel welcome and I knew my child was safe. My baby girl ended up loving her days there. The teachers loved her too. Highly highly recommend Creekside Kids!

The preschool is very expensive. When we moved here they were the only place that had room for our two kids. We had to go to them. They have a very strict "contract" that you must stay for the entire school year or you will pay half of all of the remaining months tuition. It seems very predatory. They also follow the Park City school district schedule and are closed regularly which doesn't work for any family that has two working parents. I have spoken to other parents that are currently enrolled and they have the same issues as us and all are looking for a better option. I would recommend to everyone let this be your last option. I begged and pleaded for the director to let us out of our contract but their was no compassion from her.

Exceptionally disappointing experience. The owners are more concerned about money than any other single thing, including your child. They have recently had a turnover rate of about 2 teachers every month in the 3yr old room and even went so far as to write an email blaming parents for not keeping morale high and "praising" the teachers. (Sorry, they hadn't been there long enough for me to get to know them) More recently, they hired a known sex offender (although, admittedly, his offense [teenage streaking?] was not egregious, at least as I am told) He bonded with the children for a month and eventually had to be escorted off the premises. Not to worry, the owner sends weekly emails on his latest court struggles. Today, we received a "reminder" email; most importantly in the reminder is that we need to make sure to leave early on snow days as not to incur any late fees. Then the late fees were spelled out for the thousandth time. Then, they mentioned that if your child becomes sick, you have 30 minutes to pick them up before incurring said late fees. Also, every couple weeks, we get an email making sure we don't bring our children too early. Additionally, for weeks this summer there were emails and signs begging parents and "friends" to submit the for-profit business for a 250,000 grant; shameless! Compassion; none. Seems like this is a bridge of childcare for people new to the area and after a few weeks or months everybody leaves. Save yourself the trouble.
