Sadly, I lost both of my parents this past year, a loss that one can never be prepared for. I am eternally grateful to Michael for helping me through this process with compassion, professionalism, and perspective. He ensured that my parents' wishes were met and, in the process, he met my needs, as well. At a time when I felt overwhelmed and lost, he made sure that the details of my parents' cremation did not contribute to my pain. He was always available to answer my questions. And I appreciated the ease with which I was able to make arrangements online. His selection of urns was extensive, tasteful, and, in some cases, inspiring. With his guidance and expertise, I was able to grieve and begin the process of healing. It is clear that Michael loves what he does. He truly cares about his clients and their families. If you are reading this, I know you are at one of the lowest points in your life. I offer you my condolences and my assurance that your loved one, and you, will be in good hands with Michael. Our deep appreciation to Cremation Services by the Sea. Our family live primarily in Iowa, Texas and Michigan; far from where my mother's nursing home was located. I can't express how much relief it was to all of us that Michael, of Cremation Services by the Sea, handled all arrangements for us. Michael was efficient, caring, and kind at a time when it was much needed. At the same time, he completely arranged for, and handled, putting to rest the ashes of my mother's deceased husband in the Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, for which we are also extremely grateful.
