We've had three sets of Critter Castle pet care services since we've moved twice in recent years. The quality of the tags and service from this company remains excellent. The slide tags never budge, and certainly cannot fall off, even with four Jack Russell Terriers living their active lives on our farm. Extra points,too, for no irritating jingling of ID tags! I've recommended them for years, and will continue to do so.Oh, and the shipment is VERY quick. Thanks, Critter Castle pet care services

We were going on a 10-day trip and needed to find a nice, safe place for our dog to stay. We decided on Critter Castle. It has a huge outside area for the dogs to run and play. The kennel area is very clean and air-conditioned. They send you a picture everyday of your pet having fun, which we enjoyed. For any trips in the future, we will plan on using Critter Castle again. Highly recommend them!
