Sorry it has taken me over a year to post this review. I have nothing but high praise for Cross Mechanical and the technician who came out to my home. His name is Edgar Juan. I had nothing but trouble from my heat and air unit from almost the time I bought it. The company who sold it to me tried to blame it on me. I had it fixed three times at 750 each time. I was at the end of my rope and finances. My neighbor recommended Cross Mechanical. They were on time and did a wonderful job! I finally have a working unit for the first time in 5 years. The repairs they did worked! They did it right! Thank you so much. I’ll always use your company.

Cross Mechanical is a phenomenal company! Highly recommend! After a terrible experience with a different HVAC company, Cross Mechanical was a breath of fresh air. They were very prompt and able to make it out to my home to diagnose my broken air conditioner within a day. Kevin was transparent with what was broken and what repairs and replacement would cost. If you’re looking for an honest company to service your HVAC, then give them a shot.

I can't believe how fair their prices were. I had a quote for over 10k for a new entry level hvac from a different company. When I called them up and got my quote for my new Trane, the quote was way lower and service was great. I just got my new hvac 3 days ago and while the cost is never awesome to have to pay, it was still way less than their competitor. You should definitely check them out. I will be a customer for as long as I'm in the upstate.
