good trainers, nice members - but for 175/month it should be easier to work out. If you don't book your classes (and you can't work out without booking a class in advance) several days before you plan on attending, don't count on getting into a class that fits with your schedule. And you're picking from a limited class schedule already. So plan on ducking out of work (if you're lucky enough to have a job that allows that) during the middle of the day, or plan on frustration. Oh, and the 175 allows for 8 classes a month. (this price is for a 3 month contract - month to month is more expensive) So far, I haven't been able to use all 8 classes once. When I mentioned this, I was told to go ahead and apply to be on the waiting list for gym classes I wanted to attend. This doesn't work if you have a normal job - you can't wait around until shortly before a class starts to hear if you might get in. Extraordinarily frustrating. Will not renew membership after my contract expires. That said - you get an intense workout with good instructors. (When you're able to get in!) oh, and bring your own towel for the shower. they don't supply them.

Work Outs: Hard as all hell, but you feel the burn, can adjust for skill level if necessary, and the trainers work on form with you. You begin each class with a 5-10 min warm up, progress to a 15-20 min lift/skill usually involving weights, then a mind-blowing cardio (timed or as many reps as possible) for max 30 min. Class Times: book well in advance, spots fill up quickly. The online booking system is easy to use. Trainers: Every is extremely helpful and push you to your limit without injury. Equipment: for the most part, clean. A lot of chalk is used so that can be a sneeze fest. Locker Rooms: Speaking for the women's, I'd give it a C. There are 4-5 showers, 2 toilets, a little space to get ready for the work day but it can get cramped and very humid in there. Cost: Whoa nelly, It is an investment, and prices drop with the more classes purchased, but you do have to commit to an initial 6 month purchase. That just means you should go to every class to get your money's worth!
