Over the years I have been going to CrossFit Toy Box and I am consistently impressed with the professionalism of the coaches, the focus on proper form, and the friendliness of all the participants. Given my work schedule I'm not the most consistent member but I've never felt pressure to be there more often other than the fact people genuinely miss you. The coaches do a great job explaining things; even though I will have done a move many times before they are always happy to re-explain how to do it properly - in other words the coaches at this box don't assume everyone knows how to do everything properly, even with consistent members. I feel very comfortable at this box!

I have been going to CrossFit Toy Box for over 7 years. I started going 3 times a week and now go 5/6 days a week. It is the best way to start my day. Prior to joining my only form of exercise was walking, now I enjoy running, lifting , kettlebells, rowing . While I may not be able to perform all the movements Donna and the coaches always have a modification. I feel safe and know that Donna has my best interest at heart.The community and encouragement from other athletes is exceptional. Give it a try , you won’t be disappointed.
Awesome place everyone there is really friendly and it is very easy for beginners to start, they explaine really well, are really helpful, and Covid safe.
This is one of my favorite gyms i have been to across the country. The coaches are patient and willing to put in The time with individuals that need help. They truly care about their gym and classes and what the people attending are getting out of the class. I cant wait to go back.
CrossFit Toy Box was amazing! It was my first time ever doing CrossFit and the staff made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place if anyone is in this area. Thank you again for welcoming me with open arms.
