04/22/19: We called Crown and told them of our complaint and they were kind enough to assist us and revise the invoice. ************** Watch out requesting any kind of service as service calls tend to gauge you because you are captive to Crown. We had a service call for a tech to come by and reset our forklift which took less than five minutes. The charge was over 300.
