This location for me was a bit far but the service was excellent . I was asked the appropriate questions about my skin and they were very careful when applying anything . The massage was my favorite part . Thanks to cru day spa for a great service and also thank you Maria for helping my skin

I had a facial with Emily, and it was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, attentive, and helpful; she helped make sure I was getting the right treatment for my skin, then gave me an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable treatment. I'll absolutely be back and can't recommend them enough!

This is the worst customer service place of business that I’ve encountered. The turn over rate of therapist is extremely high, so don’t get comfortable with any particular therapist. I had to cancel the membership due to unavailable preferred therapist (female) and was not compensated for the multiple monthly payments withdrew from my account. I was told on one hand that I could wait for them to hire a female therapist, but only to loose all accumulated credits. I was offered one credit as a courtesy! Don’t use this facility. Don’t get locked into a membership, as I did.
