Boarding Majic was a slow process at this terminal. No need to follow check in times at this port, very disappointing. Why have a boarding time assigned when you are letting people with an hour and a half later check in time go in 1st. Otherwise it's a nice terminal inside once you get in.

Great place to begin a Caribbean Cruise, love the location in the middle of the city with all the buildings and so much going on in the Port. Our experience was great in out arrival and boarding process. Fun to see the city as the sun begins to set and we head out to the wide open ocean. What a cool process to make this all happen.

The service was unbelievable BAD!!!!! The baggage handlers will tie you up and then leave you to do the same thing to others so they can get more tips. The service was awful. I ended up getting my bags and putting them on myself. Others just looked at me and never came to offer service. Never again will I even look for them on my next cruise.

Well run establishment. No wait at any stage in the boarding process.

Hot, disorganised, and pretty shabby. There were about 5 check-in desks open, serving 3 (3 hour) queues, with no drinks (past security), and 2 staff directing people to the desks. However one member was taking people from all 3 queues with no logical ordering, the other just pulling from one queue, and sending people from the others back to the queue even after her colleague had sent you to a desk. Then opened a further queue from half way back down one of the three, and decided to dedicate 2 check-in desks to that new fourth queue meaning people behind us got through about 40 minutes faster, than people who had been waiting longer and were now fighting for 3 desks, for about 4 times the amount of people, compared to the new tiny queue with 2 agents. Couldn't have been less organised if they tried.

I found myself there because I was picking up some family that was arriving from a cruise ship. Very busy traffic-wise. Found the experience to be a bit exhausting due to the long time it took them to pick up their luggage and go through customs, but ok otherwise.

Great safe parking, easy in and out. Safe walking across street. And easy in and out of the ship and reasonable priced. Only problem is all the signs, need a second person to read all to get where you need to go.
