Sheila, the eceptionist\ at the desk in the Tallahassee office, has always been professional, knowledgable and personable. I can walk in, purchase one bag of salt, pay for it and put it in the trunk of my car. The 2 guys who installed my whole-house unit were also professional, knowledgable and personable. When they were unable to trace my water line from the meter near the street to the spigot near the front door of my house, I was impressed that they actually had 2 \L-rods\ in the tool box on their truck which they used to dowse for the location of the underground pipe leading to the house! It turns out the pipe does NOT follow a straight line from the meter! It's been about 16 months since installation and I've had no problems with my system.
