Drop-offs are an absolute joke. I wish I could leave zero stars. I strongly encourage anyone considering dropping off goods, head to no longer bound, humane society thrift, or some other option. Don't support a donation-driven business that has absolutely no regard whatsoever for the good people providing the donations.

Its goodwill so thats why its not a five star. It was relatively clean and organized. I asked an employee where to find something. She didn't speak English or was very confused. But the lamp i bought was nice.

Drop-offs have gotten way out of hand. As other reviewers are stating, 40 minutes. Once you get through, the single person manning intake looks worn out, overworked, and likely under-appreciated. If you're looking for an alternative, the Humane Society Thrift Store right up the street also accepts donations and is much quicker, plus you get to help support the Forsyth County No-Kill Shelter.
