When I moved in a couple of years ago, I loved this place. Staff was great, it was convenient and security was thorough. Just a couple of days ago, our truck was broken into. The security said they don’t patrol the garage. What?! Really?? He just called the front office, but that’s it! This is definitely our last year here!

Apartment complex is great and have lots of amenities. But office staff is no help and kinda rude. Ive had items stolen from my own apartment 2 times now and all they say is they can't check cameras and for me to file a police report. Yes im the only one with a copy of my key besides them. Definitely won't be renewing lease!

I actually looked at this property three years ago and I loved it. I loved into my unit mid-September and I love the view, staff, location and cleanliness of the property. I would recommend it to anyone. With the help of Smart City, my transition was seamless.

The amenities are awesome and the location is perfect. However, it is good only when you have good neighbors. Most tenants are students or young professionals throwing parties a lot especially in the swimming pool area. I am okay with it because that is what I was aware of already but I am not okay when the staff do not anything with the rule breakers. My life quality has been very low for several months since new neighbors moved in who throw parties every weekend with loud music after 10pm. Their dog barks whenever he sees anybody passing by and we often wake up in the middle of night because of him barking. We saw them smoking too. We reached out to the office of this prob for several months, nothing has been solved. One day we also had a huge family right in front of our balcony throwing a birthday party at night. We called the 24/7 svc two times and they promised they would send a security guard, who we never saw. It seems so luxury and that is true but the workers are not. If you are so lucky with your neighbors I can say you would not have any prob but if not, I do not recommend this apartment.

Cypress is in a convenient location however, that doesn’t make up for the constant shortcomings of the building infrastructure AND service. 1. The elevator constantly breaks. 2. Parking is a nightmare if you live in building 3 3. Tenants constantly leave their trash in the hallways because planners failed consider adding trash chutes in each building. Thus, attracting roaches etc. 4. The poor infrastructure causes leaks, water buildup in the bathrooms, etc. 5. Staff is attentive but as you can see from the pictures they are short staffed AND fail to do proper walkthroughs after/before tenants move in and out. Sure, it’s “nice” looking but do yourself a favor and find a different location. There are plenty other apartment communities that are affordable and conveniently located in Dallas.
