If you're looking to get your leather shoes touched up or repaired, I'd definitely recommend this place! I came in with my Bally sneakers, that were a bit dirty and had a very visible scuff on the front. There was also a lot of sticker residue from the price tags, and it's all gone, and they're looking like new again. Amazing customer service, too!

Useless , lady in the front was under the influence of something. Don't go it's a waste of ur time. Had to give them one star, but they don't deserve it

I was in need of a heel plate (not the whole heel) on a pair of steel toe work cowboy boots. I requested same day service and they agreed to have them done by closing, which they did. Promised to call if done early. When I tried calling them all I got was a message saying their voicemail was full and to try again later. I ended up going back at closing time to find my boots on the counter. Looking good. The down side was having to pay in full before work was done, in cash, no cards accepted, and at a price of half the amount of the boots. Had I had time to think about it I would have bought new boots. I don’t think I’ll be desperate enough to go back.
