Bill the owner was awsome. My wife and I got a flat on the road to Mexico from Houston, he stopped what he was doing to come pick us up. He did not have the right tire so, he brought us to a shop 45 miles down the road that did.The problem was, that shop had no experience with Gold wings and they said they did. Did not take long to figure out they had no clue. He suggest we take the bike to his shop and do the work there right the first time. He was right. great job Bill thanks for everything cant say enough good stuff about you, your wife and kindness. This guy is the real deal. Thanks Tommy F. HME INC.

Unfortunately I had to sue him in small claims court for faulty work done on my motorcycle. I won!! Terrible customer service . He used profanity and threw me out of his shop. I do NOT recommend him at all.
