Always friendly staff who work hard to get what you want and need. Prices are also good compared to other appliance stores and they work to resolve any challenges that may come up and are careful to explain everything along the way. Only reason for a 4 star and not a 5 is it usually takes time to get everything all taken care of. We’ve bought from Conn’s several times for furniture, washer/dryer, TV, Audio and have always been pleased. Be sure to make monthly payments greater than the minimum to pay off by the time promotional financing expires or you pay all interest from day one.
