I purchased two bouquets of flowers for my friend and her mama. The owner personally called me herself to go over everything and to insure me that the bouquets would be full and beautiful. She texted me updates on how they turned out and was so thoughtful and helpful! Very professional with a very sincere heart. They both turned out GORGEOUS! Full, elegant, and all of the flowers were fresh and beautiful. It was even better then what I had envisioned! So happy!!

I had the chance to connect with the owner today, she was wonderful. The order was more amazing after seeing it. Great birthday bouquet my mother, she could not of been happier for her 74th birthday. Special thanks to the owner and everyone at Elegant Floral.
Very disappointed in what my sons girl friend recieved he oreded a beautiful flower arrangement that cost him 98.00 and she recieved a 20.00 arrangement from this florist 8 roses and 2 Lilies. He could of went to safeway and got that him self.. wish I could attach pictures of what he order and what he recieved because it sure is a big difference and yes we have filed complaints.
Totally disappointed, the flowers I had delivered looked like they were put together by a 4 year old. I did give 2 stars because the handwriting on the card was great and the flowers were fresh.
Dennice does AMAZING work. She is professional and her prices are by far the best I've ever seen. I recommend her to do ANY event.
Denice does beautiful work. She is friendly and professional. She reads back the order and address to be delivered to, helping to be sure everything is correct. I have had many deliveries to my house and all of the flowers have been beautiful. I have been able to keep a lot of them fresh for over a week.

Dennice was a gem and helped me out at the very last minute with a small bouquet and boutonnière for my cousins small wedding ceremony!! So nice that I was able to get something local too :) she came through and the flowers couldn't have been more beautiful
