I am so thankful that this location is there for our office's need when we have to overnight cases to meet some urgent filing deadlines. All the staff I have encountered at this location are friendly and pleasant. It was quite different with Jackie working here tonight (11/14/20). I understand she may have had something stressful happen to her working on a Saturday. But I certainly did not deserve such rude tone of voice and treatment as if I came directly from a place where this pandemic came from. I am not sure whether it was my ethnicity or the casual weekend clothes that triggered this unpleasant experience. I am thinking probably both plus her prejudice. Minority having prejudice against other minority. This is sad.
