Accidentally stayed at the pool a little late, but Sgt Aaron MacDonald (I believe that's his last name), was extremely courteous and diplomatic. Asked to verify our residency in a respectful and friendly way. He maintained authoritative posture without being domineering or rude. Honestly he made us feel valued and comfortable. It's refreshing in these times to have a genuine interaction with someone in his position. He casually escorted us out while keeping a very uplifting and relatable conversation going, and we spent a while talking about what a class-act he was. I wish the world worked this way every time. Thanks Sgt!

This company is amazing! Great workers and very professional! Used them on my property and I never had to worry about anything! They always went above and beyond!

As a police officer who interacts with security companies frequently, enough cannot be said about the acumen and professional service they bring to the table. Not only is Marshal a proactive security company, they also provide my department with critical intel which allows us to make arrests, trespass vagrants and similarly, clean up properties reducing our call load. Highly recommended.

Worked for them almost a year, would have stayed longer if I hadn't moved out of state. This company is great to work for. Christmas bonus, decent pay per work ratio, and good culture. MPS is what so many more security companies should be. If you can look professional, and simply do your job it will be great. If you slack off and don't belong in a uniform, they won't just let you slide, its a dangerous job and takes everyone on the team.
