We’ve been customers for 10 years. We felt it was time to update our system so we contacted the sales office. Mike, one of their sales representatives, met with us and reviewed all of our options. His thoroughness in explaining the latest new security products and features allowed us to select what best fit our needs. He answered all of our questions and there was no “hard sell”. Within a week a service tech, Zeb, came to our house and completed all of the upgrades. Upon completion he explained in detail how to operate the system and made certain we understood all of the changes. He was courteous and professional. We highly recommend Security Services, we find their customer service second to no one. We have found their monitoring service to be the same .

My sales rep Nate was very knowledgeable and polite with helping me pick out the best system for my needs. The follow up calls were greatly appreciated to see if I was pleased with everything done. My install tech was very knowledgable of his job. Even when doing the install on a 1905 home and not wanting to have to do any altering to the walls to make it work. He made sure before leaving that I was completely understanding of how everything worked. Thanks guys for the new piece of mind.
