We lost my dad and started an order with this company. I had emailed and corresponded on the phone several times. We picked a stone color and layout and were told we could have the unvailing at the year anniversary of his death. Then there was nothing. I tried to contact them and they do not respond. My 85 yr old mother is crushed. We will need to start over with a reputable company. Stay away from this one.
