They help you find what you need and offer opinions for those less knowledgeable about their air conditioners and heating units. They offer 1 year warranty on most parts sold. I definitely will come back here again to do my shopping. ENJOY!!!
The sheer number of positive reviews can seem suspect...But I had the same experience here as everyone else. Chrystal was beyond knowledgeable/helpful. I wish I would have found this place years ago. The prices are comparable, to what I found online, but the service and support is worth any variance there.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! They had every chance to sell me parts I didn’t need but instead helped me troubleshoot and fix my furnace without needing to buy any parts. Super helpful!
