I went to this dealership looking to upgrade from my 13 Sentra. Right away I felt welcomed and was shown a number of great cars. David, the sales rep who helped me through the process, worked tirelessly to find me the car that I wanted. Eventually we found a 2019 Kicks that checked every box my wife and I were looking for. David even stayed late so I could visit the dealership after work to test drive and sign for it. I was driving off the lot with it two days later. He was honest, upfront, and very personable and relatable, which made the process easier and more comfortable. We had some great discussions while waiting for paperwork/credit checks to go through. Upper sales management ended up getting a little too pushy for my taste, but I understand that's the nature of the beast for this kind of business. I'll be sure to take this car back to the dealership for any service work and I was ultimately very happy with my experience here.

I had an excellent used vehicle that I was selling and went on Kelly Blue Book to see what my possible value would be, whether I go through a dealership or sell the car myself privately. The number that came up for an \Instant Offer\ from a dealership was just under 3K, which was already too low. I saw comparable cars being sold for 7-11K from dealerships. Dan O'Brien (based on my location) was the first dealership that popped up where I could potentially make a sale. I eventually went, after some very persistent salespeople kept calling. When I got to my appointment, no one greeted me, so I went to the Customer Service desk, and was instructed to go sit and wait. When a man finally came over, he did not tell me his name, he just asked for my key and where the car was, extremely impersonal. I was kept there almost an hour and had to deal with two other salespeople, who would go in and out of the building (I stayed outside by the car) talking to various individuals, who I assume were discussing how to get me to take their offer. They kept seeing if I wanted to trade it in for one of their vehicles, to which I kept saying o.\ Ultimately, my time was wasted and I was ridiculously low-balled by them, closer to 2K. I ended selling it myself for a huge profit! That was 2 months ago and these people are still calling and emailing me, even though I have told them to take me out of their system. That is why they get one star. Learn how to treat people right when they show up to your business and stop harassing them after they have declined your pathetic offer. I rarely write a negative review, but felt this one was warranted.

Told me they were interested in buying cars... (Checking before I drove all the way down) .. waited for 20 mins there after they finally tell me they aren't interested in buying cars. Then couldn't care less when I complain they wasted an hour and a half of my life.
