Had geothermal installed a year ago in Rock Hill, NY. The staff was awesome from sales to planning to execution. The team went above and beyond. They even came back this summer, brought top soil and took care of landscaping. A

After a courteous introduction and review of my house and property about a year ago it all went downhill from there. The company terminated the VERY competent salesperson and replaced her with Damien Semel-Feo. It gets worse. Over the past 12 months the company has repeatedly tried to get me back to the table with texts and emails of additional incentives. When i called to look into it they said i did not qualify!!! standard bait and switch!!! I applaud all who want to switch from oil to Geothermal but you will be better served to look to ANY other provider than Dandelion
