The new place is centrally located at the new Mall:Dania Pointe,the inside have been nicely decorated.I would rate as a 5 because it's really clean, however floors are a little bit slippery.Restrooms are clean and well maintained, but I believe that most of the staff is new and for dinner rush hours they need a little but practice although they are very nice.The food was good and the drinks very refreshing however I believe there is a bit of delay within the kitchen.Also it has a very nice outdoor area full of high tops.The indoor area has a great bar as well.

So, this did not go well , First tried to place the order online. kept getting dumped off-line. So I called after sitting on hold nine minutes 37 seconds I was already there cause I drove over. Still being on hold at this time ( still nobody has picked up to take my order). Hung the phone up and said. I need to place an order to go stood there for seven minutes at that point there I’m done. Not one person attempted to even take the order. I just left gave it one more try.,Sat in my car and called tried to place 3 prime ribs... was told that they just sold out. Cereal it is then Very Poor Service to say the least.

I go to Outback because they are always consistent. They are awesome at what they do. This time i asked for my steak to be seared a little more than usual. My steak came well done. I like it MW. Hence i wasn't the happiest. Once again, i will highly recommend this restaurant, the food is amazing. The manger was absolutely wonderful. I think his name was Travis .He was very attentive , he offered to remake the steak, he brought a perfect medium well steak. Thank u! Great customer service!
