I was looking to replace my Subaru with a newer one. I had some idea what I wanted already by browsing online. I swung by the dealership and test drove an Outback. My salesperson mentioned a Legacy they had. I was short on time so didn't drive it. After a week or so of looking elsewhere, I kept coming back to the Legacy. My salesperson was never pushy but gave his card. I communicated with him and finally made my way back to drive it. I feel very bad that I couldn't come on the day my first salesman was working, but I appreciate the help that he and everyone there gave us. I'm loving my new Subie. The whole experience was friendly and easy. If you love Subaru, you have to go where there is a wide selection and many are certified. Plus they know their cars!

We drove over from Crossville on a Saturday to complete the purchase of our vehicle. It was an easy enjoyable drive. The experience with Mark Smallwood was great; from walking in the door, to finishing the process ( we were able to complete most everything over the phone) to going through the Finance Department. He has been with the dealership many years and his knowledge and caring attitude was evident in the manner he dealt with his clients. It was an enjoyable experience thanks to Mark.

Darrell Waltrip service manager Will Allen personally met with me and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met in a satisfactory way and the situation was made completely right. If you didn't see the previous review then there is no explanation needed other than to know the situation was made right by their staff. Best car buying experience I've had. Everybody is upfront and honest. One major thing for the review is because finance is very up front and clear about what you're getting in the loan. They will add and drop things in front of you and they are not that pushy. I've had dealers try to brush off them adding something you didn't ask for and shoving papers in your face, you do not get that here. My sales person was Moe. I'll most likely get another Subaru in the future, and I definitely will purchase one from here.

We just leased our second car at Darrell Waltrip Subaru. Our salesman Radek Stempniak did a wonderful job. The whole experience was efficient, courteous, and friendly. He took into account the type of vehicle we wanted and had two or three available for us to test out before we arrived. We were actually able to drive our new Subaru Forester home the same day and also trade in our old car! He went over every detail of the car's operation and set up our bluetooth. The facility was very clean and employees observed health and safety protocols, which made us feel comfortable. I highly recommend Radek at Darrell Waltrip Subaru.
