We have been eating in and from here since they opened and have been very happy for the most part. Tonight, the salad, soup and app were delish, but the sushi was terrible... inedible. We called to let them know before leaving this review, giving them an opportunity to make it right somehow.... no effort was made, not even an apology. All he had to say was “ we made it like we always do.” I MUST strongly disagree! The lobster inside of one of the rolls was actually hard and chewy... terrible and flavorless! I am sad to say we will not be returning. We are bummed and throwing out the 3 specialty rolls we purchased.... 50 down the drain.

Incredible food for a great price. The inside of the restaurant was modern, very clean and welcoming with friendly staff. Our waitress was very busy with tables, however, she made time to check on us and keep our drinks filled. We weren't sure what to expect, but we will surely becoming regulars. DELICIOUS
Always hard to find good sushi and Hibachi, but thanks to Sashimi Fusion, this is now resolved. Food was excellent, both sushi rolls and hibachi steak. As well as the teriyaki chicken. This is now going to be our go to Sushi place in Orlando Flr.
Food was not fresh at all! You can tell rice was old. Also, the hibachi meat was placed in a odd sauce that seemed tacky or sticky of some sort. Just hoping I don’t get sick from it. I’ve eaten a lot hibachi style meals and something was off with this one. Also, the sushi was falling apart. I couldn’t even pick up a roll without it falling apart. The quality was just not there.
I was there for a quick lunch (had the Bubba Roll and 2 pieces Salmon sashimi), and I have to tell you, what an AMAZING SUSHI/SASHIMI! Everything looks super clean. My husband had just a Chicken Tempura appetizer and it was suuuper delish. We live right around the corner, now this is for sure my favorite place to go! We really needed a great place like this around the area!
