Wow, what a guy. I was having problems with my computer and hadn't a clue as to what the culprit could have been. After finding his website and seeing that he worked with gaming computers, I immediately gave him a call. He asked me to explain the problem and was very patient and kind. He definitely loves what he does for he seemed excited to help. After bringing my computer to him, he found the problem and began working on the solution. After he had fixed the problem, he even installed Windows for me. Throughout the entire process he was very careful and explained everything so I could understand what was going on. At the end we talked a little bit about computers and what each others plans were (regarding upgrading them). You don't meet technicians in which you can just have normal conversation and connect with on a personal level. We even talked about gaming. Any and all questions I had, he gave me a deep in depth explanation. At this point, I have made his number a contact in my phone. I couldn't advise any better lenition. Wish i could give more then 5 stars!

My laptop recently tried to push an update through and crashed with all of my sons photos on it from birth to five years old. My husband tried everything he could to fix it but couldn't! The hard drive was encrypted and bit locked! I called PCMechanics knowing I probably wouldn't get any data off of it but wanted to try anyways. Jose was able to get every photo off the laptop for me!!! I am beyond thrilled! The entire experience was wonderful. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Since the computer couldn't be fully repaired he didn't charge me for the data collection, I had to make him take a tip for his time! You can tell he truly just wants to help! HIGHLY recommend!

I emailed Mr. Ortiz to discuss setting up an appointment and he included a suggestion before even discussing availablity. I did not end up needing to make an in-store visit but with how pleasant this experience was I'll be sure to keep him in mind for all my family's future repair needs. Jose did a great job for me. He was able to source an eight-year-old motherboard, and replace it, to get my system up and running again in short order. I know a little bit about computers but I do not have the resources for parts that Jose has. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again in the future.
