If I could give less than 1 star I would. TOTALLY false/deceptive advertising. Complete bait & switch once I got there. Not only was I overcharged, I was charged for work that was NEVER done. Currently waiting on forms to sue this scam company in small claims court. Completely untrustworthy!

I have been going to Oreck for years before it changed to Davids. The manager Jake asked me to leave an honest review about how the service has been due to a bad review. Well Jake was so accommodating and helpful. I didnt have a big budget so helped me get a free tune up. His knowledge of vacuums was amazing and very useful. After using my vacuum just now which he asked me to do before I make the review I must say it works like new again. I will be coming to buy from him the next time I need to visit the store.

David's Vacuums of Edina is definitely the place to shop for a vacuum. I have had Oreck Vacuums for years and when they were no longer sold here I had many low quality vacuums/ Jake, the manager of this store was extremely knowledgable about quality, weight, hypoallergenic features and was patient and helpful. We purchased a cordless "David" vacuum and love it!!

WOW I am completely satisfied! I took my Oreck in for a cleaning, tune up and brush repair. 75 dollars later, I didn't even recognize my vacuum anymore. It looked brand new! Took it home, plugged it in, and it ran better than it ever has! I have purchased several Oreck vacuums here through the years. (Hey - if hubby gets to have all the tools he needs in his toolbox, why shouldn't I get to have 4 different machines for different cleaning tasks?) EVERYTHING I have purchased from here or had repaired, I have been 100% satisfied with. I wish all businesses would be as high quality, professional as David's Vacuums in Edina.

The new manager Jake was very helpful and professional. I felt like he really cared about giving me the best value for my needs and not just making a sale. I love my new riccar vacuum.

They were incredibly helpful and we able to repair our oreck vacuum cleaner while we waited (less than 10 minutes). They even pointed out things that didn't need to be done and charged substantially less than I expected.

To date i bought 2 vacuums from davids...did not even need them my 8 year old oreck was working fine. My oreck needed it annual cleaning and check up so i brought my oreck to davids i was checking out a riccar i liked it because it was very light...i got talked into buying it. Good salesman! When i went back to retrieve my oreck i was looking at the simplicity cordless i did not buy it that day but. ...not even a year and my new riccar was making funny sounds and from the first use when i pulled the vac back too fast the motor would pause. So i took the riccar in and They found it needed a new motor...well tonight i needed the riccar and it was the first use since i brought it home with new motor...the belt was not even put on for me...im old i cannot put them belts on anymore. Got the belt on and not even 5 minutes the motor started acting up runs if you hang it on the air and slap it..put it on the carpet will not run. I am very upset about this. I also bought a cordless simplicity was told it would run 30 mins on each charge by one guy then at a later visit another man told me it woyld run 15 mins on a full charge....not even 7 minutes and its dead again. Im not to happy about it but hey i should have test run the model in the store to find out myself b4 i bought it. I will be at the store in the morning but a year old vac should not need new motor to begin with...i live alone i am clean. I do not vacuum paper, coins or some toy by accident. I am careful..and i never loan it out... I think they should refund me my money and lets call it a day. Then i would most likely return as a customer who bought not 1 but 2 vacs she did not even need. If they satisfy me re: the riccar.

I got my vacuum fixed in this store. The staff, whose name is Gary, is a very pleasant person to work with. He will answer your questions thoroughly and helps to resolve any issues with your vacuum. Considering to buy a new vacuum - try this store!
